Largest Parish-Based Vocations Conference in the U.S., held in St. Charles, IL

Become a Poor Clare

Every year thousands of young people attend the annual HERE I AM LORD (HIAL) National Vocations Conference in St. Charles, Ill.  The purpose of the conference, the largest parish-based vocations gathering in the country, is to help young persons find their God-given vocation, whether it is to the married life, single life, the  priesthood, religious or consecrated life.

This year the conference will be held March 1 – 4, 2012 and features Fr. Stan Fortuna, C.F.R., who is a priest, speaker and musician, and one of the founders of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal in New York. See other HIAL speakers.

The conference will be held in St. Charles, 35 miles west of Chicago, at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Sessions are also held at Catholic schools in the nearby area. Some three thousand teens and young adults participate, as well as more than 75 religious communities.

Your Ad Will Bring Results

Your religious community or diocese can advertise on the home page of the HERE I AM LORD website for a reasonable fee. Vocation Promotion works with conference organizers each year to promote it. This site is where youth, parents and young adult ministry organizers come to learn about the gathering. If you come to the conference this year, an ad is an especially good idea to pre-educate those whom you will see that weekend. This is your target audience.

On the HIAL website, regular posts to a Facebook-embedded blog will be made, with discussions about the communities, speakers and musical groups coming to the conference, as well as about the communities that advertise with us.

In addition, your ad will be posted on our syndicate of these Catholic websites: GreatCatholicHomilies.com, GoodHelpPilgrimage.com, GreatCatholicWebsites.com, SpouseofChrist.com, and this website, VocationPromotion.com.

Your ad will be seen by many — more than eight hundred unique visits were logged at the Here I Am Lord website last year between last December and March. Now is the time to advertise, since visits to the website are expected to triple between December and the time of the event.
