Report on the 2017 IRL National Meeting by Kevin J. Banet
If you’ve been to the National Meeting of the Institute on Religious Life, I’m sure you’ve enjoyed the depth of knowledge on many topics given by expert speakers around the country.
This year’s IRL meeting in April had as its theme, “Fatima – An Urgent Call to Prayer, Conversion, and Consecration.” The speakers were stellar, and I learned a lot.
But what I really cherish is meeting all the devout and happy religious from around the country. There are new faces and old, and it’s always good to see that religious life is alive and well.
