Our Lead Generation Program differs from our Come & See Vocation Promotion Program in that the Lead Generation Program provides only names and contact information. It is thus less involved than the Come & See Program, and costs much less.
Our more-involved Come & See Program involves ads, texting, and customized followup newsletters. In our experience, we found that while smaller communities needed the followup features, other communities, usually larger, have their own followup systems in place. Or they wanted to have more control over their message. Thus, they wanted only names, and not texts or a newsletter.
What makes our two programs, the Vocation Lead Generation Program and the Come & See Program unique is that the names that we give you are for your community alone. They are not shared with any other community. Thus, the people who respond to our quizzes get contacted by you alone, and not by dozens or even more than one hundred communities, as do other plans.
Also, the ads and vocations quiz are customized for you. They have your name and photos on them. They are thus branded to your community. We know of no other program that gives you unique names and operates as does ours.
How we set up the Vocation Lead Generation Program
With the Vocation Lead Generation Program, we will work with you to write a customized vocations quiz of 15 questions, with photos. We will design and run ads for your vocation retreats, or for weekend visits. You need to run your ads at least two months before the retreat. It takes about ten days to set up your ad account and quiz.
The campaign will run for about ten days for the Basic Plan, as described below, and longer for the higher-level plans. You will receive an email notification for each prospect, with all the answers to their questions, as soon as he or she submits the quiz.
You are expected to promptly follow up with the prospects who are qualified, with text, email, or a phone call. Quick followup is the best way to begin a relationship. Contacting them within 24 hours is the best.

What we need from you
We need about a dozen good photos of your community, and access to your Facebook page as an Advertiser.
Please note that the number of names is not guaranteed. Ad cost (the fee we pay to Facebook), and thus the number of names, is affected by how your community appears on Facebook, the quality of the photos you give us, the time of year, and other factors.
